 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. A TRUCK HIT AND SMASHED A COASTER BUS FILLED WITH PASSENGERS WHILE DODGING CUSTOM OFFICERS AT OSHODI-ISOLO EXPRESSWAY. (PHOTO/VIDEO).#EXCLUSIVE

 Today Thursday the 11th of October 2024,an eyewitness reach out to PINK REPUBLIC TV/BLOG , sent this video with the caption 

"This just happened now Infront of Guardian news paper

Close to total bus stop oshodi-isolo express way, 3:06pm

3 custom officers were trying to stop a truck on high speed. There was a coaster bus Infront of the truck and another smaller truck Infront of the coaster bus.

The bigger truck was trying to run and dodge the custom officers and by so doing hit and smashed the coaster bus filled with passengers and then smashed against the smaller truck

The smaller truck fell and then the coaster bus was in-between the two trucks smashed

The smaller truck fell and then the coaster bus was in-between the two trucks smashed. 

The custom officers ran away immediately the accident happened"

When I reached out to him if there were caulties, he replied "2 and some injured, It was just Infront of me".
