The title of his book refers to a popular series of impromptu exchanges, through interpreters, between U.S. Vice President Richard Nixon and Chairman of the Council of Ministers Nikita Khrushchev.

In his book Kitchen Debate, Ben I. Omage, through the use of metaphors, euphemism, and a humorous writing style, makes a case for social change, citing popular examples on regional, national, continental, and global stages. A quick summary of the book suggests that the writer may have referenced well-known global figures in politics, economics, security, and more, including presidents of nations, instances in the Middle East crises, global warming, and insecurity.

The characters in the book are constantly at each other’s necks with banter from the first page to the very last chapter. The writer keeps his readers spellbound, laughing or giggling throughout.
