 PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS AMBASSADOR ENIKANOLAIYE ON HIS BIRTHDAY   President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, on his birthday.    A statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, indicates that the President describes Ambassador Enikanolaiye as a distinguished diplomat, accomplished administrator and dedicated public servant whose career reflects professionalism, patriotism and a deep commitment to Nigeria.   Ambassador Enikanolaiye served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August 1982 to August 2017, rising through the ranks to become Permanent Secretary. Social media went agog with enthusiastic reactions as Ben I. Omage released his satirical drama in a novel titled Kitchen Debate. The title of his book refers to a popular series of impromptu exchanges, through interpreters, between U.S. Vice President Richard Nixon and Chairman of the Council of Ministers Nikita Khrushchev.


In his book Kitchen Debate, Ben I. Omage, through the use of metaphors, euphemism, and a humorous writing style, makes a case for social change, citing popular examples on regional, national, continental, and global stages. A quick summary of the book suggests that the writer may have referenced well-known global figures in politics, economics, security, and more, including presidents of nations, instances in the Middle East crises, global warming, and insecurity.
