 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. EDO: RE POLICE EXTORTION OC N380, 000 ALONG AGBEDE ROAD. (PHOTO). #PRESS RELEASE.

 *RE: POLICE EXTORTION* 


The Edo Command, in response to a complaint on X formerly Twitter where some Police men extorted the complainant  of the sum of Three Hundred and Eighty Thousand (#380, 000) along Agbede road, has identified the erring Police men attached to Operation Wabaizigan 012 as:


1. AP/No. 95636 DSP Madaki Abdulwahab (Team Leader) 


2. AP/No. 308947 Insp Arikpo Vincent; and


3. AP/No. 345619 Insp Oboh Sunday


The money have been recovered and returned to the owner. While, the DSP has been queried and the two Inspectors of Police are facing orderly room trial for their unprofessional conduct. 


The Command frowns at this unwholesome practice and would stop at nothing to ensure that they are punished so as to serve as deterrent to other Police men in the Command.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
