 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. HALLOWEEN: 12-YEAR-OLD BOY LOST HIS LIFE TRYING TO SCARE PEOPLE ON A MOVING HAYRIDE. (PHOTO).

 A 12-year-old Tennessee boy loses his life during a hayride when a prank goes wrong.


This sad incident unfolded at 10:45 p.m. in Harrison, Tennessee on October 11th. The Hamilton County, Tennessee Sheriff's Department were called to the 8200 block of Highway 58 at that time. 


Once on scene, the first responders were informed of events which lead up to a 12-year-old, Samuel Jesson, being discovered unresponsive in the roadway.


According to the children's chaperone for the evening at the Haunted Hilltop Hayride, the group of children he had been in charge of had hid in bushes along the hayride route. As the hayride passed, the children jumped out of their hiding spot in an attempt to scare the people on the hayride. Samuel had attempted to jump onto the trailer but he tragically slipped and fell under the tires.


He was subsequently ran over and was unresponsive after the accident. Sadly, the juvenile was pronounced deceased on the scene.


Our thoughts are with the family of Samuel Jessen and everyone on scene who witnessed this heartbreaking accident. He is gone much too soon.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
