 Family and neighbors mourn woman shot by ICE agent after making Minneapolis her home  Before she was fatally shot by a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer, 37-year-old Renee Good had just dropped her youngest child off at an elementary school in Minneapolis, the city she and her family had recently begun to call home. As Trump administration officials continued Thursday to describe Good as a domestic terrorist who tried to ram federal agents with her Honda Pilot, those who knew her remembered someone very different: a gentle, kind, and openhearted mother, wife, and neighbor. Good, her wife and her 6-year-old son had recently moved from Kansas City, Missouri, to a quiet Minneapolis neighborhood lined with older homes and small apartment buildings. Veteran multiple award winning actress and filmmaker Funke Akindele made her opinion known about the ongoing japa issues in the country.


As today, the 1st of October 2024, marks the 64th year that Nigeria gained her independence, the actress took to her Instagram to celebrate the country’s new year.


Funke Akindele appreciated and praised every Nigerian for their perseverance in this period of trial in the country


The mother of two boys expressed her utmost belief that Nigeria will be great again and therefore she will not be relocating to another country for greener pastures.


The highest grossing producer counted the blessings and achievements that she attainted in Nigeria which include being able to empower the youtha, ability to shoot a movie with over one hundred and seventy five (175) crew members, the selling out of her movie release.


Akindele Acknowledge that Nigeria got her all these and many more and she will not be deserting the country during her hard times.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
