Trump issues pardon to former Republican congressman Stephen Buyer after insider trading conviction    President Donald Trump has issued a full pardon to former Republican congressman Stephen Buyer, who served nearly two years in prison after being convicted of insider trading tied to post-congressional consulting work. Buyer was sentenced in 2023 to 22 months in prison for illegal stock trades made while working as a consultant and lobbyist. He was ordered to forfeit more than $350,000 in ill-gotten gains and pay a $10,000 fine. IOWA COMMUNITY COMES TOGETHER TO HARVEST CROPS OF A FARMER SHO LOST HIS LIFE IN A FARMING ACCIDENT.(PHOTO).

Iowa community comes together to harvest crops of a farmer who lost his life in a farming accident.

58-year-old Dana Sitzmann sadly lost his life when he was struck by an unattended wagon and suffered fatal injuries as a result.

After learning of this tragedy, over 70 farmers from this tight-knit community came together to help the Sitzman family bring in their crops.

A fleet of combines, tractors and semitrucks descended onto the property and began harvesting the 850 acres of corn.

According to Tyler Sitzmann (Dana's son) his dad was a kind and generous person and had the roles been reversed he would have been the first person there to help out. He continued when neighbors found out about the initiative their phone would not stop ringing.

As they began bringing in the crops Linda Sitzmann (Dana's wife) took the first ride on the combine to honor her late husband.

In a world that increasingly seems broken and divided this is such a wonderful story of compassion and togetherness. The world needs more will like these Iowa farmers.

Rest in peace, Dana.
