SANWO-OLU IN LONDON SEEKS FOREIGN INVESTMENTS, PARTNERSHIPS   •Governor charges Commonwealth states to bring capital, technology, expertise to Lagos The Governor of Lagos State, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, on Monday charged the Commonwealth’s 56 member states to invest in Africa, particularly Lagos, by bringing their capital, technology and other expertise, promising that they will find not just market and opportunity but partner and relationship.   He said the Commonwealth's greatest advantage is not simply its shared language, shared laws or shared history but its people, noting that nowhere is that advantage more vivid, dynamic or consequential than in Africa.   Speaking as a Keynote Speaker at the opening ceremony of the Commonwealth Trade and Investment Summit held at Mansion House, London, on Monday, Governor Sanwo-Olu said Lagos is ready for partnerships and relationships with global investors.   The theme of the opening session is “The Commonwealth's Advantage". ...

 The hustle is real” – Funke Akindele shows off her hustling spirit


Box office record breaking Nollywood actress, Funke Akindele had spoken about how hard she hustles to succeed.


Sharing a video on her official verified Instagram page, Funke Akindele revealed behind-the-scenes moments of promoted her film Everybody Loves Jenifa.


Sharing the video, the mother of two prayed that God would crown all efforts with success.


The hustle is real. May the good Lord crown all our efforts with success.”


Recall that Funke Akindele opened up on the hard times she encountered before her rise to stardom a few days ago.


Funke Akindele shared a video of herself being active on the set of her highest-grossing billion movie, A Tribe Called Judah, on her Instagram page


She spoke about how the film depicted the present challenges of single mothers in raising children.


She counted herself as a testimony of believing in herself, saying she faced different challenges but learned to stand tall and encourage others because of them.


The box office queen encouraged her followers to continue inspiring the next generation of women.
