 NAF INTENSIFIES AIRPOWER CAMPAIGN, STRENGTHENS AIR PRESENCE IN SOKOTO TO DENY TERRORISTS FREEDOM OF ACTION The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has intensified its airpower campaign against terrorism, banditry, kidnapping and other criminal activities across the North-West, with a strengthened air presence in Sokoto State to support ongoing joint security operations. The initiative reflects the Service’s determination to sustain pressure on hostile elements, enhance aerial surveillance and maintain the capacity for rapid response to emerging threats, while providing effective air support to ground forces operating within the Joint Operations Area. The strengthened air presence is particularly significant in the fight against asymmetric threats, where terrorists and bandits exploit difficult terrain, mobility and concealment to evade ground forces.  There’s no plan to impeach me — it’s fake news, says Akpabio


Senate President Godswill Akpabio says reports suggesting that the Department of State Services (DSS) has taken over the national assembly premises to stop an alleged impeachment plot against him are false.


The reports said the secret police had taken over all entrances to the assembly complex on Wednesday.


Speaking on the floor of the senate, Akpabio dismissed the reports as “fake news”.


The senate president jocularly said those behind the reports may be seeking revenue from the traffic they could get on their websites.


“[They said DSS] has surrounded the national assembly to possibly stop the impeachment of principal officers,” he said.


“There is no limit to social media… we are sitting down here doing our work peacefully oblivious of the mischief.


“Which committee do we refer this to? (laughter).


“I understand that they are being paid if they have a lot of traffic, but I hope the public is aware that this is total fake news.”


Akpabio referred the matter to the special duties committee to report back “as soon as possible”.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
