 New UK Prime Minister not the leader Britain needs — Kemi Badenoch UK Conservative Party leader, Kemi Badenoch, has congratulated Andy Burnham on becoming Britain’s new prime minister but said while he is “a nice man,” the country needs a leader capable of making difficult decisions rather than “a people pleaser.” In a statement released on Monday on X following Burnham’s assumption of office, Badenoch wished the new prime minister success but vowed to hold his government accountable as Leader of the Opposition. “Today, Britain has a new Prime Minister. I wish Andy Burnham every success. Because we need a Prime Minister and a Government focused on fixing the public’s priorities,” she said. BROOKLYN MAN ARRESTED AFTER THROWING HIS FRIEND'S DOG FROM A 14TH STORY BALCONY! THE PUPPY DID NOT MAKE IT. (PHOTO)

 Brooklyn man arrested after throwing his friend's dog from a 14th story balcony! The puppy did not make it. 


According to the NYPD, 33-year-old Alberto Morris is accused of throwing a 2-year-old Pit Bull from the 14th floor of an apartment building in Crown Heights on November 1st. 


The dog belonged to Morris' friend and during a dispute with a resident at the building, Morris became enraged and threw the dog from the balcony.


Alberto Morris is being charged with reckless endangerment, aggravated cruelty to animals, grand larceny, criminal possession of stolen property and criminal mischief. 


Morris plead not guilty at his arraignment and was released without bond.
