 COURT RESTRAINS RESIDENT DOCTORS FROM EMBARKING ON STRIKE  The national industrial court Abuja division has restrained all members and agents of the national association of resident doctors from calling, directing, organizing, participating in, and embarking upon any form of industrial action.  Justice Emmanuel Danjuma Subilim gave the order in an interim injunction filed by the federal government through the office of the attorney general of the federation and minister of justice.  The court temporally barred members of the association from embarking on any form of strike, work stoppages, go-slows, picketing, or any other form of industrial protest or disruption. The association is equally restrained from taking steps preparatory to any form of industrial action from the 12th day of january, 2026. BROOKLYN MAN ARRESTED AFTER THROWING HIS FRIEND'S DOG FROM A 14TH STORY BALCONY! THE PUPPY DID NOT MAKE IT. (PHOTO)


 Brooklyn man arrested after throwing his friend's dog from a 14th story balcony! The puppy did not make it. 


According to the NYPD, 33-year-old Alberto Morris is accused of throwing a 2-year-old Pit Bull from the 14th floor of an apartment building in Crown Heights on November 1st. 


The dog belonged to Morris' friend and during a dispute with a resident at the building, Morris became enraged and threw the dog from the balcony.


Alberto Morris is being charged with reckless endangerment, aggravated cruelty to animals, grand larceny, criminal possession of stolen property and criminal mischief. 


Morris plead not guilty at his arraignment and was released without bond.
