 Popular Awka MC And Comedian Aiza Nwosu Shot Dead Popular Awka-born master of ceremonies, comedian and griot, Aiza Nwosu, was reportedly shot dead today, Sunday, 30th August 2026, in Awka, Anambra State. Unconfirmed reports circulating online allege that his killing may be connected to a lingering land-related dispute. This remains unverified, however, and it is now left for the relevant security agencies to investigate the circumstances surrounding his death. The tragic news has shocked many, particularly within Awka and the entertainment community. It also raises renewed concerns about violent killings in Awka and the urgent need to address insecurity in the area. Aiza had been active in the entertainment industry for many years and was a friend and colleague to many.  Unbeatable Home and Away, I am a superstar gangster from Nigeria – Drama as Portable fights dirty with man at a mall in Canada, shares his side of the story


In a video posted on his Instagram page, the street singer had exchanged words with a man at a mall in Canada. 


Sharing his side of the story, Portable said before he entered the mall, the man had almost run over him with his car all because he refused to promote his business. 


He said when they entered the mall, he went to do his shopping, and the man walked up to him, demanding he take pictures with every fan that came to him, and he once again refused.


He stated that things escalated from there as the man threatened to slap and beat him. Luckily for him, the security intervened and urged Portable to press charges.


In the clip, Portable made him know that he is a gangster from Nigeria and also a superstar.
