 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable.  Gov. Mbah Proposes N971bn 2025 Budget for Enugu State, Focuses on Education and Infrastructure


Enugu State Governor, Dr. Peter Mbah, has unveiled a N971 billion budget for 2025, a significant 86.4% increase over the 2024 budget. The proposed budget allocates 86% to capital expenditure (N837.9bn) and 14% to recurrent expenditure (N133.1bn). Key priorities include education, with N320.6bn set aside for the sector, as well as major investments in roads, water, energy, and healthcare. 


Mbah also highlighted a dramatic 286.2% increase in the state's Internally Generated Revenue (IGR), which rose to N144.7bn in September 2024. The Governor expressed confidence in elevating Enugu to a top-three state in national GDP and securing inclusive economic growth. The Enugu State House of Assembly has committed to early passage of the budget to support the governor's development plans.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
