 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo has penned a heartfelt note to social media activist, Very Dark Man


In a lengthy post on her Instagram page, she stated that she has gained a deeper understanding of his behavior, which is sad. She noted how his upbringing lacked love, care, and stability, hence his toxic narcīssistic behavior.


 She further noted how his parents failed to provide him with a nurturing environment, leading to unresolved anger and pain.


She stated that instead of directing his anger towards those responsible, he has chosen to lash out at successful womën and men. She made him know that his anger and frustration are misplaced and it’s time he acknowledges the root cause.


Addressing his mum, she stated that her lack of initiative and dependence on her ex-husband is concerning. She questioned if she wasn’t working before her ex ran away. Iyabo further questioned if she had a flawed character or cheated on her husband and more.


The controversial actress made it known that she was only asking these questions because her son needs healing and she doesn’t have N100million to give him.
