 LSACA MOBILISES 57 LGAs, LCDAs FOR STATEWIDE HIV SCREENING  The Lagos State AIDS Control Agency (LSACA) has charged the 57 Local Government Areas and Local Council Development Areas (LGAs/LCDAs) to take greater ownership of the State’s HIV response as it intensifies preparations for statewide HIV screening and a more sustainable HIV programme. The Chief Executive Officer of LSACA, Dr. Folakemi Animashaun, gave the charge at the SACA–LACA Coordination Meeting held on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, stressing that effective HIV intervention must move beyond the State level and reach communities where people live, work and interact. Animashaun said the planned statewide screening should not be measured by the number of people tested alone, but by the number of people reached, linked to treatment and retained in care.  Mrs. Bianca Ojukwu has officially assumed office as the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs. 


Mrs Ojukwu was received by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Yusuf Maitama Tuggar, alongside top management and senior staff of the Ministry.


She pledged her commitment to building on the Tinubu administration’s "4D" foreign policy framework, which focuses on Democracy, Development, Diplomacy, and Diaspora.


The Minister emphasized the importance of strengthening diplomatic ties globally and promoting sustainable international relationships.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
