BLORD IS OUT FROM KUJE PRISON AFTER PERFECTING ALL HIS BAIL CONDITIONS.(PHOTO).

So Linus Williams (Blord) has been released from Kuje prison after fulfilling his bail conditions, finally, freedom after a few weeks in custody. However, here’s the current position of his case:  He is still expected to show up and stand his trial.  If he fails to appear in court even for one day, his bail can be revoked and a bench warrant may be issued against him, meaning a return to Kuje. If the prosecution cannot prove the charges against him, he will be discharged and acquitted. If the prosecution proves the charges, he may be sentenced and sent back to Kuje. I think he should seek a peaceful resolution to the case. Congrats to him on his freedom for now.

SOUTH CAROLINA MAN ARRESTED AFTER TAKING THE LIFE OF A WOMAN AND INJURING A MAN WALKING ON A TRAIL. (PHOTO).

South Carolina man arrested after taking the life of a woman and injuring a man walking on a trail. He stated he thought she was a deer.

54-year-old Lori Wind was walking on a paved trail at the Sawmill Branch Walking Trail in Summerville, S.C. at around 8:15 p.m., Tuesday, October 29th. As Lori and her husband made their way along the trail they were struck by gunfire. Both Lori and her husband were struck by shots fired from a 20 gauge shotgun.

Both were rushed to a nearby hospital where sadly Lori passed away as a result of her injuries. There has been no updates report on her husband's condition or the extent of his injuries.

While investigating the shooting, deputies discovered the firearm believed to be used in the shooting. Eventually a confidential source would lead them to the door of 20-year-old Kristofer McDonald who surrendered without incident.

According to court documents, McDonald, who was illegally hunting after dark, heard the sounds of leaves and branches moving. Mistaking the sounds for what he thought was a deer, he fired 3 rounds from the 20 guage shotgun he was using to hunt.

There is no report if McDonald had a valid hunting license.

McDonald is being charged with involuntarily manslaughter and assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature; in addition to night hunting, criminal negligent use of a firearm resulting in death and criminal negligent use of a firearm resulting in great bodily harm.

His bond has been set at $400,000.

Our thoughts are with Lori and all of her loved ones at this time.
