  Viola Davis Rejects Target’s Apology Over “Blackface” Halloween Costume Viola Davis has rejected Target’s apology after the retailer pulled a controversial kids’ Halloween costume that critics said evoked racist minstrel and blackface imagery. Target removed the $25 "Kids' Glows Under Blacklight Circus Clown" costume from its Hyde and EEK! Boutique line after backlash over the design’s exaggerated features, which many linked to Jim Crow-era minstrel and blackface tropes. The retailer took down the item and issued an apology, saying they “got this wrong” and acknowledging the deep hurt caused to Black customers and employees. Davis, however, turned down the apology. THE COURT OF APPEAL HAS DISCHARGED AND ACQUITTED FORMER CHIEF JUSTICE OF NIGERIA, JUSTICE WALTER ONNOGHEN.(PHOTO).

 The Court of Appeal has discharged and acquitted former Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Walter Onnoghen.


The appellate court in a judgment overturned the conviction of the Umar Danladi tribunal, which found Justice Walter Onnoghen, guilty of false asset declaration at the Code of Conduct Tribunal.                 


Justice Abba Mohammed, who passed the judgment on the terms of settlement by the Federal Government and Justice Onnoghen, ordered that the four bank accounts previously ordered to be forfeited be returned to him.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
