Family and neighbors mourn woman shot by ICE agent after making Minneapolis her home  Before she was fatally shot by a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer, 37-year-old Renee Good had just dropped her youngest child off at an elementary school in Minneapolis, the city she and her family had recently begun to call home. As Trump administration officials continued Thursday to describe Good as a domestic terrorist who tried to ram federal agents with her Honda Pilot, those who knew her remembered someone very different: a gentle, kind, and openhearted mother, wife, and neighbor. Good, her wife and her 6-year-old son had recently moved from Kansas City, Missouri, to a quiet Minneapolis neighborhood lined with older homes and small apartment buildings. Some front porches were still decorated with pride flags and lingering holiday lights. In the days following her death, neighbors grew weary of media attention. WITNESSES SAY NEIGHBORS DOGS BEGAN TO EAT ELDERLY LOUISIANA WOMAN AFTER SHE FELL IN HER DRIVEWAY. (PHOTO).

Witnesses say neighbors dogs began to eat elderly Louisiana woman after she fell in her driveway.

On Tuesday, October 29th, an elderly woman (name withheld) fell down in her driveway in Livingston Parish, Louisiana. As she attempted to stand up, she was attacked by her neighbor's dogs.

A witness who called 911 is quoted as saying, "Ya'll need to hurry up, they are eating this woman." Shockingly the 85-year old neighbor who made the call has also been bitten by the same dogs on two separate occasions. Both times required trips to the hospital.

Another neighbor described the injuries by saying, "she was torn up pretty good around her calf, her right leg was bit, her arm was bit and the dog bit her on the back of her neck."

The neighbor that owns the dogs has been identified as Maria Vincent.  She was arrested on Wednesday and is being charged with negligent injuring and vicious dogs at large.

Livingston Parish Sheriff said the 3 dogs have been turned over to the local animal control shelter. The sheriff confirmed there was a past incident with the owner. However, at that time, not much could be done because the specific dog responsible for the attack could not be identified. He added, "Now we can identify the dogs. Unfortunately someone has almost lost their leg because of this."

There has been no information on what fate awaits the dogs.

Luckily, the woman is going to survive but it will be a long process.
