Trump issues pardon to former Republican congressman Stephen Buyer after insider trading conviction    President Donald Trump has issued a full pardon to former Republican congressman Stephen Buyer, who served nearly two years in prison after being convicted of insider trading tied to post-congressional consulting work. Buyer was sentenced in 2023 to 22 months in prison for illegal stock trades made while working as a consultant and lobbyist. He was ordered to forfeit more than $350,000 in ill-gotten gains and pay a $10,000 fine. He was released from custody in 2025 after his conviction was upheld, with the Supreme Court declining to take up his appeal earlier this year. 21-YEAR-OLD MAN WAS BEATEN TO DEATH AFTER BEING CAUGHT WITH ANOTHER MAN'S WIFE AT A HOUSE IN DELHI. (PHOTO).

 A 21-year-old man, identified as Ritik Verma, was beaten to death after being caught with another man’s wife at a house in Delhi’s Shastri Park area on Monday. The incident occurred around 11 am when the woman’s husband discovered Ritik and his wife in a compromising situation, police said.


According to Deputy Commissioner of Police (Northeast) Rakesh Paweriya, the enraged husband brutally assaulted both Ritik and his wife. Witnesses and family members claim the violence was severe. Bunty, Ritik’s uncle, alleged that the attackers tortured Ritik, tore his nails, and inflicted injuries all over his body. A neighbour confirmed that more than one person was involved in the assault.


Ritik, who drove a tempo and was the only son of his parents, was taken to a hospital by his relatives. Despite efforts to save him, he succumbed to his injuries during treatment at around 9 pm. The woman involved was also assaulted during the incident, the neighbour added.


The police are investigating the case further to determine the exact sequence of events and identify everyone involved in the attack. The incident has shocked the local community, raising concerns about rising violence in personal disputes.
