The Metropolitan Archbishop of Onitsha, Most Rev. Valerian Okeke, celebrated the end-of-year Holy Mass of thanksgiving at the Holy Rosary Specialist Hospital and Maternity in Onitsha. During the mass, Archbishop Okeke expressed heartfelt gratitude to God and acknowledged the dedication and hard work of the hospital staff throughout the year.
Archbishop Okeke commended the hospital's commitment to delivering quality healthcare services and encouraged the staff to continue striving for excellence. In his prayer, he thanked God for the gift of good health and life, and for the healing of patients at the hospital. He also prayed for God's blessings upon the hospital workers and the hospital itself.
The hospital management warmly welcomed Archbishop Okeke, describing his presence as a great encouragement. They praised his passion for delivering quality healthcare services and his generosity towards patients in need.
The management highlighted some of the hospital's recent achievements, including the recruitment of additional gynecologists and cardiologists, renovation of the private ward, purchase of a 40KVA generator, and acquisition of a state-of-the-art hormonal machine for laboratory development. They also celebrated the successful surgeries performed by the hospital's medical experts.
The management commended the CEO of Holy Rosary Specialist Hospital and Maternity, Fr. Francis Ojukwu, for his exceptional leadership.
In his remarks, Fr. Ojukwu expressed his gratitude to Archbishop Okeke for his visit and support, and praised the hospital staff for their dedication.
The event's highlight was the presentation of gifts to retirees, including Mrs. Ononuju Grace, Aroh Chinyere Udeh, and others. Additionally, Mrs. Angela Oguamanam received an award as the best staff member of the year..
