 [ASSEN SAPS MEMBERS ASSIST WOMAN IN GIVING BIRTH AT POLICE STATION] Assen SAPS members assisted a female suspect who went into labour at the police station on Thursday, 8 October 2026, helping her deliver a healthy baby girl before she and the newborn were taken to a medical facility. According to reports, members were on duty at Assen SAPS under the command of Sergeant Chidi, when they received a telephone call regarding the arrest of a female suspect at Msholozi informal settlement in Kameeldrift. Constable Olivier and Constable Mokhutshoane responded to the call and arrested the suspect, who was reportedly in good health and had no visible injuries at the time of the arrest. She was subsequently taken to Assen SAPS. While at the police station, the suspect began experiencing labour pains and an ambulance was immediatly summond.  Bimbo Ademoye Reacts To Claim Of Purchasing New House And Car


Popular Nigerian actress Bimbo Ademoye has reacted to a claim by her colleague, Toyin Abraham that she recently acquired a new car and a house.


Eko4show reports that Toyin Abraham during the premiere of ‘Alakada! Bahd and Boujee’ on Sunday announced Ademoye’s latest achievements.


Addressing the audience, Toyin Abraham said “Bimbo just bought a house and a car. Latest Benz.”


In the viral video, the announcement drew a swift reaction from actress Ini Edo, who immediately tapped Abraham on the shoulder and said “who send you?”


However, responding to the claim on her Instagram page on Tuesday, Ademoye denied it, insisting that Toyin was Abraham was lying.


Speaking in pidgin English, she joked about not being at such a financial level and blamed Toyin’s movie character ‘Yetunde Animashun’ as being the culprit.


“Yetunde Animashaun paro ku. She even dropped one lie last night at the premiere of #AlakadaBadandBoujee. House and car whereeeeeee, wey I never chop belleful,” she wrote.
