 Catholic priest reportedly klled in Kogi  A Catholic priest, Rev. Fr. Samuel Opeyemi Oyetoro, has been reportedly killed by unknown assailants in Ajaokuta, Kogi State. According to reports, the priest was stabbed multiple times along Ajaokuta road on Wednesday, 29th July 2026. His body was found dumped at the roadside.  Rev. Fr. Oyetoro was born in Egbe, Yagba West Local Government Area of Kogi State and a native of Ayetoro in Ijumu Local Government Area.  Until his death, he served as a priest at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Egbe.  Brazilian Court Orders Global Removal of Adele’s "Million Years Ago" Over Plagiarism Claims


A Brazilian court has ruled for the global removal of Adele’s 2015 hit song "Million Years Ago" following plagiarism allegations by Brazilian composer Toninho Geraes. Geraes claims the song copied his samba classic, "Mulheres," recorded by Martinho da Vila in 1995. The court has mandated that the song be taken down from all streaming platforms and physical media, with fines imposed on Adele’s labels, Sony Music and Universal Music, for non-compliance. Geraes is seeking royalties, moral damages, and co-writing credit. The injunction, issued by Rio de Janeiro’s 6th Commercial Court, is temporary as the case continues.
