 Super eagles coach Eric Chelle has signed for a new sports agency to represent him henceforth.  Eric Chelle, head coach of Nigeria’s Super Eagles, has signed with a new sports agency to represent him going forward.  The move is expected to strengthen his professional management and strategic engagements within the global football space.

  FG Announces Free Train Rides for Nigerians from Dec 20 to Jan 5


The Federal Government has declared free train rides for Nigerians wishing to travel during the Christmas season.


Minister of Information and National Orientation, Mohammed Idris, made the announcement on Monday following the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting.


He stated that the free train services will be available from December 20, 2024, to January 5, 2025.


Idris added that Nigerians can enjoy the free rides on all routes where train services are currently operating.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
