Obi Cubana’s Business Hit as Family Feud Erupts Over Late Father’s Property ...One Sibling Accused of Declaring Others ‘Dead’ to Claim Ownership  A fresh twist has emerged in the ownership tussle surrounding Plot 81, Ademola Adetokunbo Crescent, Wuse II, Abuja — the property housing the popular Cubana Lounge — as businessman Dr. Obinna Iyiegbu, popularly known as Obi Cubana, becomes entangled in a deepening family dispute within the Amakaeze family. On Tuesday morning, court sheriffs and police officers stormed the Cubana Lounge around 8 a.m. to enforce an eviction order purportedly granted to a new claimant, Mr. Collins Onwuzulike, who presented himself as having purchased the property from Rev. Chidiebere Amakaeze, one of the six siblings of the Amakaeze family.  How Buhari Facilitated Tinubu’s Presidency, Says APC Leader: "Let No One Living or Dead Call Buhari a Failure"


Joe Igbokwe, a prominent APC leader from Lagos, has argued that former President Muhammadu Buhari should not be deemed a failure. 


He defended Buhari's leadership, contending that the former president created a pathway for Bola Ahmed Tinubu's presidency. 


Igbokwe's remarks came in response to Babafemi Ojudu's criticisms of both Buhari and Tinubu's administrations, as well as Ojudu's claim that former Vice President Yemi Osinbajo was the rightful choice for Nigeria but was overlooked.


Igbokwe, a member of the All Progressives Congress (APC), praised Buhari's legacy, claiming that his administration established a strong foundation for Tinubu to build upon. 


He rejected the assertion that Buhari was a failure, urging Nigerians to recognize the former president's achievements and contributions.


He said,  “Let nobody living or dead run away with the thinking that PMB is a failure. Perish the thought. “He laid the solid foundation for PBAT to build on. We are seeing the footprints and the gains today.”
