 Catholic priest reportedly klled in Kogi  A Catholic priest, Rev. Fr. Samuel Opeyemi Oyetoro, has been reportedly killed by unknown assailants in Ajaokuta, Kogi State. According to reports, the priest was stabbed multiple times along Ajaokuta road on Wednesday, 29th July 2026. His body was found dumped at the roadside.  Rev. Fr. Oyetoro was born in Egbe, Yagba West Local Government Area of Kogi State and a native of Ayetoro in Ijumu Local Government Area.  Until his death, he served as a priest at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Egbe. MYKHAILO MUDRTK HAS BEEN PROVISIONALLY SUSPENDED FROM FOOTBALL AFTER TESTING POSITIVE TO DOPING TEST. (PHOTO).

  Mykhailo Mudryk has been provisionally SUSPENDED from football after testing positive to doping test.


Chelsea confirm that the FA recently contacted Mudryk concerning an adverse finding in a routine urine test.

 

“Both the Club and Mykhailo fully support the FA’s testing programme and all our players, including Mykhailo, are regularly tested”.


“Mykhailo has confirmed categorically that he has never knowingly used any banned substances”.


“Both Mykhailo and The Club will now work with the relevant authorities to establish what has caused the adverse finding”.
