 A priest in Anambra State wedded a couple yesterday, despite disputes with the bride’s father In a video circulating online, the Reverend Father narrated that The father of the bride who is from Nteje had insisted that the wedding should not take place unless his daughter swøre never to associate with his mother whom he has a quarrel with. The conflict arose from past marriage issues between the father and her mother. Before the wedding, the father repeatedly met with the priest, warning that he had already taken the bride's mother to a deity and that the girl must follow him to the shrine to appease that deity before the marriage can go on. For peace to prevail, the priest advised the couple to comply with all the father’s requests so the wedding could proceed, the priest even donated some of the items that the brides father told her to bring to use in appeasing the deity.  New Year Prophecy: Notable Nigerian Pastor Shares Prophetic Insight, Declares "This is The Time"

Pastor David Ogbueli of Dominion City Global has forecasted that 2025 "will be challenging for ordinary people."


 He emphasized that God has a unique plan for His followers.


The pastor highlighted that praise, worship, and gratitude will be essential practices in the upcoming days. 


In his prophetic message for 2025, Pastor Ogbueli cautioned his congregation against "aligning with ordinary people in complaints and grievances."


He also indicated that many Christians would undergo "numerous divine interventions" in 2025. The prophetic message was shared online on Saturday, December 28, 2024.


He said: "I was brought into a heavy company of angels and I was given certain information about what is going on now. Ladies and gentlemen, the year that is coming is the year of the church and the Lord said I should also tell you, it is also the year of the believer. That is, your season has come." Pastor Ogbueli added: "Don't be confused by what is happening in your country or what is going on in the world, this is the greatest season of the church. This is the time that scripture says 'for the creation waits with eager longing for the revealing of the sons of God'. 


"It is during pain that you write great songs. It is during austerity that you get the greatest revelation, it is not during prosperity. It is during hardship that we learn the most important lessons of our lives."

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
