 Katsina woman rewarded with N500,000 for display of honesty A woman identified as Malama Amina Abdulkadir-Yanmaman has been rewarded with N500,000 and certificate of commendation for returning N748,320 wrongly credited to her account to the coffers of Katsina state government. Abdulkadir-Yanmaman was wrongly credited with N748,320 meant for the Federal Government’s Home Grown School feeding programme in the state, according to Executive Director, Katsina State Social Investment Programme Agency (KASIPA), Dr Mudassir Nasir. S. A. POLICE OFFICER CONDEMNED FOR ASSAULTING A MAN AT THEIR LOCAL POLICE STATION. (VIDEO/PHOTO).


 A police officer in Rustenburg, South Africa, has been condemned by the South African Police Service (SAPS) for allegedly assaulting a man at the local police station. The incident, which was captured on video, occurred after a disagreement at a barber shop. The officer, identified as Ofentse Raphuti, allegedly chased and assaulted the victim in the police station parking lot. On-duty officers intervened, and both the victim and the officer have filed assault charges against each other. The SAPS has denounced the officer's actions as "totally unacceptable" and is investigating the incident.
