 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable.  *SECURITY IN ANAMBRA: JOINT SECURITY TEAM ARRESTS A NOTORIOUS KIDNAPPER/ARMED ROBBER IN IHIALA, RECOVERS ARMS, VEHICLE AND OTHER INCRIMINATING ITEMS*


_As CP Itam commends the synergy between the security operatives and the vigilance and courage of the public in providing actionable intelligence_


Security team comprising of Police and AVG Operatives in the early hours of 23/12/2024 arrested one Pablo Mamu ‘M’ aged 38years from Ughelli, Delta State and recovered one OFN rifle, one locally made pistol, one live 9mm Ammunition, eight live cartridges and one black Lexus 330 jeep with a different plate number  Abuja reg nos: ABJ 159 LC and Enugu JRV 928 SX.


The Joint Security Team acted on credible information provided, burst the suspect in his harbor and during a search conducted the above exhibits were found. 


The Commissioner of Police, _CP Nnaghe Obono Itam_, while commending the synergy between the security operatives and the vigilance of the public in providing actionable intelligence, emphasizes the importance of continued collaboration to ensure the safety and security of all residents during and after this festive season.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
