 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable.  SKFEST: How Mother, Daughter Won First, Second Positions In Long-Distance Race


An elderly woman and her 17-year-old daughter emerged victorious in the long-distance race held as part of this year’s Southern Kaduna Festival of Arts and Culture (SKFEST).


Elizabeth Nuhu Bawa, the elderly woman, clinched first place, while her daughter, Grace, secured second place in the competition.


The race, held at the Kafanchan sports ground, saw Elizabeth and her energetic daughter outpace many other participants.


Seventeen-year-old Grace expressed her wish to have defeated her mother and claimed the top spot. However, she admitted that her mother displayed greater stamina during the event.


Grace said she remains optimistic about surprising her mother in future competitions, aiming to claim first place next time.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
