 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. TWO NEW YORK MEN DIED AFTER USING BAT FECES AS FERTILIZER FOR THEIR MARIJUANA PLANTS. (PHOTO).

 Two New York men pass away after using bat feces as fertilizer for their Marijuana plants.


Two men from Rochester, New York have passed away after the bat guano they used to fertilize their Marijuana plants, released a harmful fungus.


The two men inadvertently breathed in spores of the Histoplasma Capsulatum fungus during the fertilization process leading to a condition known as Histoplasmosis. 


Their symptoms, before their untimely passing, included chronic cough, blood poisoning and respiratory failure. One man was 59-years-old and the other was 64-years-old . The two men contracted the condition independent of each other, with one man obtaining his guano online while the other collected it from his own attic.


Although guano is a popular fertilizer for use in Marijuana plants, experts warn against it due to the potential dangers.
