 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable.  Yobe Government Establishes Ministry of Livestock Development


Yobe State Governor, Mai Mala Buni, has approved the establishment of the Ministry of Livestock Development, effective immediately.


A statement from the office of the Secretary to the State Government revealed that the Governor has directed the SSG, the Head of Service, and the Commissioner for Agriculture to define the new ministry's mandate, arrange office accommodations, and assign staff to ensure its swift commencement.


This new ministry is part of the governor's broader plan to strengthen the agricultural sector.


With this move, Yobe becomes the second state to create a Ministry of Livestock Development, following Borno State. In Borno, Governor Zulum appointed Deputy Governor Usman Umar Kadafur to oversee the newly established Ministry of Fishery and Livestock.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
