 GOVERNOR ABBA  YUSUF SACKS  KANO STATE HEAD OF SERVICE   The Executive Governor of Kano State, Abba Kabir Yusuf, has relieved the State Head of Service, Abdullahi Musa, of his appointment with immediate effect. In a statement  by the Director General, Media and Publicity to the Governor, Sunusi Bature Dawakin Tofa, the decision is part of the ongoing efforts by the present administration to reposition the state civil service for greater efficiency, discipline, and improved service delivery across all government institutions. Governor Yusuf expressed appreciation to the outgoing Head of Service for his contributions and dedication to the service of the State  The statement further directed that Bilkisu Shehu Maimota, the Permanent Secretary, Admin and General Services at the Cabinet Office, to serve in an  acting capacity pending the appointment of a substantive Head of Service. A 13-YEAR-OLD GIRL WAS MOLESTED IN GUWAHATI ON NEW YEAR'S EVE. (PHOTO).

 A 13-year-old girl was molested in Guwahati on new year’s eve. 

The family has filed a complaint against a young tutor, alleging that he molested her.


The incident took place in the Downtown area of Dispur, specifically on the Saptah Shahid Path. The incident led to the tutor’s arrest. 


A case has been registered at Dispur Police Station under case number 1381/24, invoking sections 126(2), 75(2), and 76 of the POSCO Act, 2012.
