 Prince Harry leaves African Parks board after charity admitted rangers committed human rights abuses Prince Harry has left the board of African Parks after nearly a decade with the conservation charity, a year after the organization acknowledged that some of its rangers had committed human rights abuses. A spokesperson for Harry, 41, confirmed his departure while emphasizing that his work in African conservation will continue. “The Duke is proud of his 10 years with African Parks and fully supports the ongoing strengthening of its Board,” the spokesperson said. “His commitment to conservation in Africa continues, and he remains a supporter of African Parks’ mission.” Harry first partnered with African Parks in 2016 and became president of the organization the following year.  Dr. Ejezie Emeka Rollas, MON, Strengthens AGN Leadership Team Ahead of Final Tenure Phase


The National President of the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN), Dr. Ejezie Emeka Rollas, MON, has further reinforced his leadership team with the appointment of new Senior Special Assistants (SSAs) to key positions.


In a statement issued by the President's spokesperson, Cornelius Udofia, on Wednesday, November 22, 2025, this strategic move is designed to ensure the successful completion of Dr. Rollas' tenure and to further advance the Guild's vision for growth and sustainability.


The newly appointed individuals are:


Chief Tony Nnaji as SSA for South-South AGN Activities


Hajia Hauwa Ishaku as SSA for North-West AGN Activities


Hajia Fatima Ahmed as SSA for AGN Film Production and Actors working across Northern Nigeria



These appointments are part of Dr. Rollas' continued efforts to strengthen the Guild and position it for ongoing success as he approaches the final phase of his administration.


Chief Tony Nnaji, a seasoned actor, filmmaker, and successful businessman, brings years of experience in AGN activities. He will now oversee AGN’s operations and activities in the South-South region.


Hajia Hauwa Ishaku, an accomplished actress and MOPPAN Chieftain, is known for her significant contributions to nurturing talent within Kannywood. She will now focus on AGN activities in the North-West zone.


Hajia Fatima Ahmed, an experienced film producer with 18 years in the industry, takes on the role of SSA for AGN Film Production and Actors in Northern Nigeria. In addition to her work as CEO of LAMAJ Nigeria Ltd, she has served as the former chairperson of the MOPPAN Kaduna chapter and currently holds the position of National Treasurer of MOPPAN. Fatima is also a skilled scriptwriter and director.


These new appointees will work closely with the existing leadership team to ensure a successful and impactful conclusion to Dr. Rollas' presidency.
