  Student Arrested For Filming Classroom Assault On Teacher In Malaysia Police in Malaysia have arrested a 16-year-old after reportedly injuring a teacher with an axe at a private school in Kuching, Sarawak. According to Malaysian authorities, the incident occurred at approximately 7:50 am on Wednesday, October 21, at Tunku Putra-HELP School in Sarawak. CCTV footage reportedly shows the teenager entering a classroom armed with an axe and striking a female teacher. He subsequently exits before returning through another entrance and swinging the weapon towards fleeing students. When the teacher attempts to intervene, the suspect allegedly tries to attack her again. However, one male student reportedly managed to overpower him and confiscate the weapon. Sarawak acting police commissioner Saifullizan Ishak said the police received an emergency call, informing them that the student had brought firecrackers to the school and injured a teacher.  ENUGU STATE GOVERNMENT ACCOUNT WAS NEVER HACKED – POLICE CONFIRMS


Theft of N1.09BN False.


The Nigeria Police Force hereby categorically dismiss the false narrative and rumour circulating online about an alleged hack of the Enugu State Government’s official account, resulting in the theft of N1.09 billion. This assertion is completely unfounded. There has been no hacking of the Enugu State Government's account, and the allegations of a theft amounting to N1.09 billion are entirely baseless.


The case, which was investigated by the NPF-National Cyber Crime Centre (NCCC), was a case of procurement fraud, not a cyber-breach. The suspect has been arrested in connection with this fraud, and the funds have already been recovered. The Enugu State Government and other ministries, departments, and agencies of government and corporate firms are in partnership with the NCCC and have  established comprehensive and fortified security protocols to safeguard their financial systems. Citizens are hereby encouraged to refrain from engaging in misinformation and to always verify the credibility of news sources.
