 GOVERNOR ABBA  YUSUF SACKS  KANO STATE HEAD OF SERVICE   The Executive Governor of Kano State, Abba Kabir Yusuf, has relieved the State Head of Service, Abdullahi Musa, of his appointment with immediate effect. In a statement  by the Director General, Media and Publicity to the Governor, Sunusi Bature Dawakin Tofa, the decision is part of the ongoing efforts by the present administration to reposition the state civil service for greater efficiency, discipline, and improved service delivery across all government institutions. Governor Yusuf expressed appreciation to the outgoing Head of Service for his contributions and dedication to the service of the State  The statement further directed that Bilkisu Shehu Maimota, the Permanent Secretary, Admin and General Services at the Cabinet Office, to serve in an  acting capacity pending the appointment of a substantive Head of Service.  SANWO-OLU APPOINTS OGUNLOLA AS NEW EXECUTIVE SECRETARY, LAW REFORM COMMISSION


Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu, has approved the appointment of Mrs. Oluyemisi Adefoluke Ogunlola as the new Executive Secretary of the Lagos State Law Reform Commission for a Five-Year term, effective from the 15th January, 2025.


A statement signed by the Head of Service, Mr. Bode Agoro said Mrs. Ogunlola's appointment was based on her exceptional dedication, diligence, and selflessness in her duties.

While wishing her a rewarding and impactful tenure, Agoro expressed confidence in her ability to drive an impactful change in the Commission to justify Mr. Governor's confidence and trust in her.


Before her appointment as the Executive Secretary of the Law Reform Commission, Mrs. Oluyemisi Ogunlola was a Director, (State Counsel) GL 17, in the Ministry of Justice.
