 LASG PRESENTS STAFF OF OFFICE TO NEW ONIȘẸ OF ISE KINGDOM The Lagos State Government has presented the Staff of Office and Instrument of Appointment to Prince Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, as His Royal Majesty, Alaiyeluwa Oba Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, the Onise of Ise Kingdom in Lekki Local Government Area. The presentation was performed on Friday, August 21, 2026, by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Rural Development, Dr. Nurudeen Yekinni Agbaje, alongside the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Local Government, Chieftaincy Affairs and Rural Development, Mrs. Kikelomo Bolarinwa, with the approval of the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu and the Lagos State Executive Council, following the demise of the late Oba Ganiu Adebowale Adegbesan, Onise of Ise Kingdom. GOV. SANWO-OLU MOURNS THE DEATH OF OGUN DEPUTY CHIEF WHIP OF THE HOUSE OF REP. (PHOTO). #PRESS RELEASE

 I am deeply saddened by the passing of Hon. Adewunmi Onanuga, the Deputy Chief Whip of the House of Representatives. 


Her death is a tremendous loss not only to her home state of Ogun but also to her constituents in Ikenne/Sagamu/Remo North and the entire nation.


On behalf of my family, the Lagos State government, and the people of Lagos, I extend my heartfelt condolences to her family, friends, and colleagues, especially those in her constituency.


I also express my sympathy to Ogun State’s Governor Prince Dapo Abiodun, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, and all members of the National Assembly during this difficult time. 


Hon. Onanuga’s death comes when her community and the nation need her the most. She will be greatly missed by all whose lives she touched positively.


I pray for her soul and ask that God grants her loved ones the strength to endure this immense loss.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
