 LASG PRESENTS STAFF OF OFFICE TO NEW ONIȘẸ OF ISE KINGDOM The Lagos State Government has presented the Staff of Office and Instrument of Appointment to Prince Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, as His Royal Majesty, Alaiyeluwa Oba Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, the Onise of Ise Kingdom in Lekki Local Government Area. The presentation was performed on Friday, August 21, 2026, by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Rural Development, Dr. Nurudeen Yekinni Agbaje, alongside the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Local Government, Chieftaincy Affairs and Rural Development, Mrs. Kikelomo Bolarinwa, with the approval of the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu and the Lagos State Executive Council, following the demise of the late Oba Ganiu Adebowale Adegbesan, Onise of Ise Kingdom.  ‘My dad made me feel broke’ – Davido


Famous Nigerian musician David Adeleke, professionally known as Davido, has revealed that his father’s wealth made him feel broke.


Davido made this known during his latest interview in Paris.


DAILY POST recalls that Davido, on Thursday, appeared at Amiri’s Fall/Winter show at Paris Fashion Week 2025, held at Palais de Tokyo, alongside singer Omah Lay.


Speaking in a trending interview snippet on social media, Davido was asked who has ever made him feel broke despite his wealth.


Interviewer: “In your life, have you ever met someone who made you feel broke?”


Davido replied: “Yeah, my dad.”


The singer said this months after he stated in an interview that it took years for him to realize that his father is a very wealthy man.


Davido is one of Nigeria’s richest musicians.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
