 Anambra Govt Warns Against Purchase of Encroached Land at Trans-Nkissi By MaryAnn Chukwuma The Anambra State Ministry of Lands has warned members of the public against purchasing plots at TransNkissi Phase 1, behind the Federal Government Girls College, Onitsha, from persons claiming ownership on behalf of the Umuosodi family of Onitsha. The warning was contained in a public notice dated Sept. 28, 2026, with Ref. No. PS/ML/2026/CR/VOL.II/028 and signed by the Permanent Secretary, Mrs Nkeiru Mokwe, for the Commissioner. According to the notice, the Ministry became aware that persons alleged to be members of the Umuosodi family had invaded and commenced clearing portions of the land with the intention of selling them to unsuspecting members of the public. It said compensatory plots had been allocated to the family and other families in Onitsha before the current administration.  Tinubu Appoints Zahrah Audu as PEBEC Director-General


On January 20, 2025, President Bola Tinubu appointed Princess Zahrah Audu as the new Director-General of the Presidential Enabling Business Environment Council (PEBEC). This appointment is part of efforts to attract foreign investments and enhance Nigeria’s business environment.


The announcement was made in a memo signed by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, George Akume, and shared with journalists in Abuja. Prior to her appointment, Audu, an entrepreneur and technology expert, served as the technical adviser to the President on Foreign Direct Investment.


She succeeds Jumoke Oduwole, who was recently appointed Minister of Industry, Trade, and Investment following a cabinet reshuffle.


The statement highlighted that Princess Zahrah Audu’s appointment is a key move to strengthen Nigeria’s economic growth and business landscape, emphasizing her expertise and potential to bring about transformative changes.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
