KADIRS Warns Residents Against Fake Revenue Collectors, Introduces E-Demand Notice As Sole Payment Authorization The Kaduna State Internal Revenue Service (KADIRS) has cautioned taxpayers and residents of Kaduna State against making revenue payments without first obtaining an official E-Demand Notice (Pay Advice), warning that fraudsters may exploit outdated payment processes to defraud the public. In a public announcement issued on Thursday, KADIRS said the move forms part of its ongoing efforts to automate revenue collection and enhance transparency across the state.  The agency disclosed that manual demand notices previously used for Local Government revenue collection have been phased out and are no longer recognized. A NORTH CAROLINA MAN WAS ARGUING WITH HIS GIRLFRIEND WHEN SHE LICKED HIM IN A COLD STORAGE SHED FOR DAYS WITHOUT FOOD AND WATER. SHE'S NOW FACING ATTEMPTED MURDER CHARGES. (PHOTOS).

A North Carolina man was arguing with his girlfriend when she locked him in a cold storage shed for days without food and water. She's now facing attempted murder charges.

Police in Monroe, North Carolina, were called to a storage unit on Febuary 20th. Once officers were there, they were able to rescue a man that was trapped inside.

After he was freed, the unidentified man told police he and his girlfriend, Robin Deaton, had been in an argument 4 days earlier. As the two argued, Miss Deaton became enraged and subsequently locked the man inside of the storage unit saying, "this is what you get". That is where he would spend the next FOUR days in the pitch black cold.

Eventually the man was able to find his phone and call for rescue. There is no information on how his phone became lost HOWEVER investigators stated the unit was "packed full with items" and that may be why it took four days to find it in the complete darkness.

The man was taken to a local hospital before being released, although officials have said if it had been much colder ...things could have ended much, much worse for the man.

Police are now searching for Robin Deaton and she is facing charges of kidnapping and attempted murder.
