 COURT RESTRAINS RESIDENT DOCTORS FROM EMBARKING ON STRIKE  The national industrial court Abuja division has restrained all members and agents of the national association of resident doctors from calling, directing, organizing, participating in, and embarking upon any form of industrial action.  Justice Emmanuel Danjuma Subilim gave the order in an interim injunction filed by the federal government through the office of the attorney general of the federation and minister of justice.  The court temporally barred members of the association from embarking on any form of strike, work stoppages, go-slows, picketing, or any other form of industrial protest or disruption. The association is equally restrained from taking steps preparatory to any form of industrial action from the 12th day of january, 2026.  Bauchi Court Sentences Man to 5 Years for Exploiting Minor


A High Court in Bauchi has sentenced a 36-year-old man, Umar Faruq, to five years in prison for exploiting a minor.


The conviction followed a case filed by the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP), Bauchi State Command.


In a statement on its official Facebook page on Friday, NAPTIP confirmed that the offence violated Section 21 of the Trafficking in Persons (Prohibition) Enforcement and Administration Act, 2015.


Delivering judgment, Justice Makama also imposed a N2 million fine on the convict for unlawfully obtaining possession of a two-year-old child for exploitation.


Additionally, Faruq received a separate five-year sentence and a N1 million fine for facilitating the act, as stipulated under Section 13(4)(c) of the same Act. Both sentences will run concurrently.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.  Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”.
