 Anambra Govt Warns Against Purchase of Encroached Land at Trans-Nkissi By MaryAnn Chukwuma The Anambra State Ministry of Lands has warned members of the public against purchasing plots at TransNkissi Phase 1, behind the Federal Government Girls College, Onitsha, from persons claiming ownership on behalf of the Umuosodi family of Onitsha. The warning was contained in a public notice dated Sept. 28, 2026, with Ref. No. PS/ML/2026/CR/VOL.II/028 and signed by the Permanent Secretary, Mrs Nkeiru Mokwe, for the Commissioner. According to the notice, the Ministry became aware that persons alleged to be members of the Umuosodi family had invaded and commenced clearing portions of the land with the intention of selling them to unsuspecting members of the public. It said compensatory plots had been allocated to the family and other families in Onitsha before the current administration.  Gospel Singer Paul Nwokocha's Marriage to Second Wife Ends in Divorce


Renowned gospel singer Paul Nwokocha's marriage to his second wife, Mrs. Goodness Nwokocha, has officially come to an end. According to a family source, the marriage dissolved after Goodness returned the bride price to Paul Nwokocha's family.


The couple tied the knot in September 2023, after Paul Nwokocha separated from his first wife, Alice Nwokocha, whom he accused of maltreating him. However, marital issues surfaced in May 2024, when Goodness allegedly began experiencing mistreatment in her new home.


Sources revealed that Goodness was treated more like a housemaid than a wife, leading to escalating tensions in the marriage. It was also disclosed that Goodness had no prior relationship with the gospel singer before their marriage and had relocated from Lagos to marry him at the insistence of his uncles, without conducting any background checks.


With the return of the bride price, the marriage has been officially dissolved, bringing an end to the troubled union.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
