 LASG PRESENTS STAFF OF OFFICE TO NEW ONIȘẸ OF ISE KINGDOM The Lagos State Government has presented the Staff of Office and Instrument of Appointment to Prince Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, as His Royal Majesty, Alaiyeluwa Oba Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, the Onise of Ise Kingdom in Lekki Local Government Area. The presentation was performed on Friday, August 21, 2026, by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Rural Development, Dr. Nurudeen Yekinni Agbaje, alongside the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Local Government, Chieftaincy Affairs and Rural Development, Mrs. Kikelomo Bolarinwa, with the approval of the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu and the Lagos State Executive Council, following the demise of the late Oba Ganiu Adebowale Adegbesan, Onise of Ise Kingdom.  GOVERNOR UZODIMMA INAGURATES NEW BOARD FOR IMO STATE UNIVERSITY (IMSU)


Governor Hope Uzodimma of Imo State has today, Friday 31st January 2024, presided over the swearing-in ceremony of reconstituted Board members of Imo State University (IMSU), as approved by the Imo State House of Assembly (IMHA), in a move to strengthen the institution's governance.  


During the ceremony, Governor Uzodimma emphasized the importance of transparency and charged the members to carry out their duties with diligence and a deep understanding of their roles as servants of the people.  


The newly appointed board members are:


• Prof. Fr. Philip Anyaehie Ogbonna – Chairman


• Mr. Leo Stan Eke – Member


• Rt. Hon. Chuma Nnaji – Member


• Hon. Godwin Esom Obodo – Member


• Pharm. Chuks Okoronkwo – Member

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
