South Korean police seek arrest warrant for Hybe chairman Bang Si-Hyuk over alleged $100 million investor fraud scheme    South Korean police are seeking an arrest warrant for Bang Si-Hyuk, the billionaire music executive behind K-pop powerhouse Hybe and BTS, as part of an expanding investigation into allegations that he improperly benefited from an investor scheme involving more than $100 million.  National Assembly Revises 2025 Budget to Correct Errors

The National Assembly has reversed its earlier decision on the 2025 budget bill, passed last week, to rectify errors in capital and recurrent expenditure allocations.

Both the Senate and House of Representatives had approved the bill on Thursday, February 13. However, while the overall budget remains ₦54.9 trillion, adjustments were made—capital expenditure was reduced by over ₦500 billion, while the same amount was added to recurrent expenditure.

According to reports, the revised figures place recurrent expenditure at ₦13.588 trillion and capital expenditure at ₦23.439 trillion.

The budget has sparked mixed reactions, with some critics expressing concerns that the adjustments could contribute to rising inflation.
