Last week my dad went to Police station to submit the J88 forms. And he was told to wait for the detective for identifying the suspects. The detective came on Wednesday saying that the case has been with them for to long they are closing it coz the is no concrete evidence. While we told him that the is footage and witnesses and we even gave him the name of suspects who are 1. Garage 2. Magangane 3. Thandani 4. Makhehlani(Simphiwe) just to name a few.

Then he said "Video footage won't work ko magistrate court and le de witnesses what if kede chomi tsa lona. We have a lot of cases that need to be attended, so I'm closing the case if anyone has questions they must go ko police station and ask for Detective Mphiwa".
