Freddie Jackson, R&B Legend Behind “You Are My Lady” and “Rock Me Tonight,” Dies at 70 R&B has lost one of its most unmistakable voices. Freddie Jackson, the singer whose smooth delivery helped define romantic R&B during the 1980s and gave generations of listeners songs including “You Are My Lady,” “Rock Me Tonight (For Old Times Sake)” and “Have You Ever Loved Somebody,” has died. He was 70. Jackson’s death was announced Tuesday, October 6, through his verified Instagram account. According to the memorial shared by his family and team, the singer died Monday night, October 5. The announcement did not disclose a cause of death. “It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved Freddie Jackson,” the statement read, describing the singer as a generous soul who loved his fans, family, friends and music.  Stefflon Don unfollows Chloe Bailey for dating her ex, Burna Boy


Popular British rapper Stefflon Don and her American counterpart Chloe Bailey have unfollowed each other on Instagram.

The development follows Stefflon’s ex-boyfriend Burna Boy’s recent romance with Chloe Bailey.

 Stefflon Don and Burna Boy started dating in 2019 and ended their relationship in 2021.

In December 2023, it was rumored that the couple had gotten back together after Burna Boy gifted Stefflon a car for her birthday.

However, in December 2024, Burna Boy and Chloe Bailey sparked dating rumors on social media after the duo was captured getting cozy in a private section of a club in Nigeria.

Confirming the rumors on Thursday, February 6, 2025, Chloe was seen on a romantic dinner date with Burna Boy and his close associates, including popular dancer Poco Lee.

During the dinner, the singer surprised Chloe with a matching Rolex wristwatch. In another video, she was seen hugging him and saying, “I love you.”

Reacting to the development, Stefflon Don unfollowed Chloe and she reciprocated.
