 South Korean police seek arrest warrant for Hybe chairman Bang Si-Hyuk over alleged $100 million investor fraud scheme    South Korean police are seeking an arrest warrant for Bang Si-Hyuk, the billionaire music executive behind K-pop powerhouse Hybe and BTS, as part of an expanding investigation into allegations that he improperly benefited from an investor scheme involving more than $100 million. Authorities said they have asked prosecutors to pursue a court warrant for Bang’s arrest as they continue probing claims that he misled investors in 2019. Investigators allege he told investors that Hybe had no plans for an initial public offering, leading them to sell shares to a private equity fund. The company later went public, and police suspect a separate arrangement may have resulted in Bang receiving a substantial payout tied to post-IPO stock profits.  Ukraine can forget about joining NATO – Trump


United States President Donald Trump has ruled out the possibility of the U.S. offering security guarantees or NATO membership to Ukraine.

Trump made this statement on Wednesday while addressing reporters at a cabinet meeting ahead of his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelensky’s visit to finalise an agreement on handing over natural resources.

Trump confirmed that Zelensky would visit on Friday to sign the agreement following intense U.S. pressure to transfer rare earth materials used in aerospace and other technologies.

When asked what concessions would be necessary to end the war, Trump unequivocally ruled out Ukraine’s membership in NATO, stating: “NATO you can forget about. I think that’s probably the reason the whole thing started.”

The U.S. President insisted that his diplomatic approach was fostering a new spirit of compromise from Russian President Vladimir Putin, who, according to Trump, had previously “wanted the whole thing” in Ukraine.
