NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. A MISSISSIPPI FORMER PASTOR AND CURRENT BUS DRIVER WAS ARRESTED AFTER A TEEN CAME FORWARD SAYING HE FORCED HER TO HAVE INTIMATE RELATIONS ON THE SCHOOL BUS WHILE HE WATCHED. (PHOTO).

A Mississippi former pastor and current school bus driver was arrested after a teen came forward saying he forced her to have intimate relations on the school bus while he watched.

Investigators say Elvis Colenburg, who was a bus driver for Jefferson County School District, is being charged with sexual exploitation of a minor.

These charges come after a 14-year-old girl came forward claiming Colenburg had forced her and a 14-year-old boy to have intimate relations while he watched.

These appalling instances happened on Colenburg's afternoon bus route. The young girl was one of his passengers, however Colenburg would allegedly pick the boy up after dropping all the other students off. The boy was not a passenger of the bus.

He would then force the two children to have sex while he watched. The young girl claims this happened around 20 times before she finally came forward.

The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation and the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department are investigating to determine how long this has been going on and why Colenburg very specifically targeted these two students.

Colenburg was immediately relieved of all duties with the Jefferson County School District. The District assures the public they are working with investigators to bring Colenburg to justice.

Elvis Colenburg was booked into Jefferson County Jail and had bond set at $200,000

Elvis is a Fayette, Mississippi resident. If you believe you know any other victims please reach out to your local authorities.
