 World’s Youngest Reigning Monarch , King Oyo, Dies at 34 King Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV, the traditional ruler of Uganda’s Tooro Kingdom who became the world’s youngest reigning monarch after ascending the throne at three, has died at the age of 34. The monarch reportedly died on Thursday, with the Prime Minister of the Tooro Kingdom, Calvin Armstrong Rwomiire Akiiki, announcing his death on Friday. The cause of death was not immediately disclosed. However, Ugandan media reports quoted a government minister as saying that King Oyo had been critically ill and was receiving medical treatment in the United States. Reacting to the development, Akiiki described the monarch’s death as a major loss to the royal family and the people of Tooro. He urged members of the kingdom to remain united and calm while mourning the traditional ruler. A MISSISSIPPI FORMER PASTOR AND CURRENT BUS DRIVER WAS ARRESTED AFTER A TEEN CAME FORWARD SAYING HE FORCED HER TO HAVE INTIMATE RELATIONS ON THE SCHOOL BUS WHILE HE WATCHED. (PHOTO).

 A Mississippi former pastor and current school bus driver was arrested after a teen came forward saying he forced her to have intimate relations on the school bus while he watched.


Investigators say Elvis Colenburg, who was a bus driver for Jefferson County School District, is being charged with sexual exploitation of a minor. 


These charges come after a 14-year-old girl came forward claiming Colenburg had forced her and a 14-year-old boy to have intimate relations while he watched. 


 These appalling instances happened on Colenburg's afternoon bus route.The young girl was one of his passengers, however Colenburg would allegedly pick the boy up after dropping all the other students off. The boy was not a passenger of the bus. 


He would then force the two children to have sex while he watched. The young girl claims this happened around 20 times before she finally came forward. 


The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation and the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department are investigating to determine how long this has been going on and why Colenburg very specifically targeted these two students.


Colenburg was immediately relieved of all duties with the Jefferson County School District. The District assures the public they are working with investigators to bring Colenburg to justice.


Elvis Colenburg was booked into Jefferson County Jail and had bond set at $200,000
