BRAKE FAILURE CITED AS CAUSE OF ACCIDENT INVOLVING SECURITY OFFICERS IN ABIA- FRSC. (PHOTO).

At around 10:30 p.m. on Monday, March 24th, a babysitter in Kansas was putting the children she was caring for to bed when one child made a not particularly unusual claim.
The child told the babysitter that there was a "monster under the bed". In an attempt to calm the young child, the babysitter entered the bedroom and made her way over to the bed to assure the child there was nothing under the bed.
As she bent down to show the child there was nothing to fear she came face to face with every babysitter's worst nightmare. As she peered under the bed, 27-year-old Martin Villalobos Jr. was staring back at her.
Villalobos burst from under the bed and a brief physical confrontation ensued. During the struggle one of the children was knocked from their feet. After struggling clear of the room, the suspect fled the home.
The babysitter called 911 and deputies descended on the scene searching the neighborhood for the suspect. However, police spotted Villalobos on Tuesday morning and after a brief foot chase he was arrested and taken into custody.
It turns out Martin Villalobos had previously lived at the home but had an order of protection for abuse prohibiting him from being on the property.
Martin Villalobos was booked into Barton County Jail on charges of violation of an order of protection, child endangerment, aggravated kidnapping, aggravated battery, aggravated burglary and obstruction of a law enforcement officer. He is being held on a $500,000 bond.
