 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. An 8 year old raped by her sisters husband  his brother and father. 

Strangled and raped multiple times. This is the new Bangladesh. 

ACCORDING TO SOURCES:

In Magura, an 8-year-old girl was allegedly raped by a man named Hitu Mia, leading to her being admitted to Magura Sadar Hospital in critical condition before being transferred to Faridpur Medical College for advanced treatment. The accused, Hitu Mia, was apprehended by locals and handed over to the police. The victim, a third-grade student, had been visiting her sister's house when the incident occurred. Hitu Mia, the sister's father-in-law, reportedly took her to a room and assaulted her, causing severe health complications. Local residents and the victim's elder sister rushed her to the hospital. Authorities confirmed the arrest of Hitu Mia, who has prior rape allegations against him, and are investigating the case, though no formal written complaint has been filed yet.
