HARDSHIP: BRICKLAYER ABSCONDS AS WIFE GIVES BIRTH TO TRIPLETS IN ONDO. (PHOTO).

When the owners of Bistro & Bar in Evansville, Indiana recently had a problem with their plumbing they called Heavrin Plumbing Company. Heavrin Plumbing came out to fix the blockage that was causing the grease trap to overflow.
However, 3 days later, the plumbing became blocked again and Heavrin was called back out. They considered this visit to be on overtime hours and the company's bill reflected that. They charged the restaurant nearly double what the first bill had been.
While the first bill had been only $235 the second bill was for $ 390. The restaurant manager said the exact work was done but the second bill was for significantly more. He refused to pay the second bill saying it's not about the money but rather about the plumber standing behind his work.
After the restaurant refused to pay the second bill, an employee of Heavrin Plumbing returned to the property and put a balloon down the pipe effectively re-clogging the restaurant's plumbing. The plumber then gave the restaurant an hour to pay up before he left for the weekend. This would cause the restaurant to close down when dirty water overflowed into the restaurant.
The restaurant initially called the police but eventually had to pay up, however they marked the bill as "paid under protest".
