 LASG PRESENTS STAFF OF OFFICE TO NEW ONIȘẸ OF ISE KINGDOM The Lagos State Government has presented the Staff of Office and Instrument of Appointment to Prince Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, as His Royal Majesty, Alaiyeluwa Oba Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, the Onise of Ise Kingdom in Lekki Local Government Area. The presentation was performed on Friday, August 21, 2026, by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Rural Development, Dr. Nurudeen Yekinni Agbaje, alongside the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Local Government, Chieftaincy Affairs and Rural Development, Mrs. Kikelomo Bolarinwa, with the approval of the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu and the Lagos State Executive Council, following the demise of the late Oba Ganiu Adebowale Adegbesan, Onise of Ise Kingdom.  Embattled Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, on Sunday, March 23, 2025, made his first public appearance following his suspension and the declaration of a state of emergency in the state by President Bola Tinubu.

Fubara makes first public appearance after suspension

Suspended Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, has made his first public appearance after his suspension from office.
Fubara was seen attending a church service on Sunday at the headquarters of Salvation Ministries in GRA, Port Harcourt.
His appearance comes days after President Bola Tinubu declared a state of emergency in Rivers on Tuesday, citing political tensions and security concerns.
The declaration led to the suspension of Fubara, his deputy, Prof Ngozi Odu, and all members of the state House of Assembly.
Tinubu appointed Ibok-Ete Ibas as the Sole Administrator to oversee the state’s affairs for six months.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
