 World’s Youngest Reigning Monarch , King Oyo, Dies at 34 King Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV, the traditional ruler of Uganda’s Tooro Kingdom who became the world’s youngest reigning monarch after ascending the throne at three, has died at the age of 34. The monarch reportedly died on Thursday, with the Prime Minister of the Tooro Kingdom, Calvin Armstrong Rwomiire Akiiki, announcing his death on Friday. The cause of death was not immediately disclosed. However, Ugandan media reports quoted a government minister as saying that King Oyo had been critically ill and was receiving medical treatment in the United States. Reacting to the development, Akiiki described the monarch’s death as a major loss to the royal family and the people of Tooro. He urged members of the kingdom to remain united and calm while mourning the traditional ruler.  Gov Okpebholo Unveils 3,000 Hectares for Farming in Edo


The Edo State Government has launched a large-scale farming initiative, starting with the cultivation of 3,000 hectares across the state's three senatorial districts. Governor Monday Okpebholo kicked off the project with the clearing of 60 hectares in Iguoriakhi, Ovia South West LGA, as part of efforts to boost food production.


Okpebholo emphasized that the initiative aligns with President Bola Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda for food security. He affirmed plans to replicate similar farm settlements in Edo Central and Edo North.


Dr. Osagie Peter, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture, revealed that about 250 farm heads will benefit from the first phase. The Iguoriakhi Farm Settlement, originally established in 1962 with 2,350 hectares, already hosts permanent crops like oil palm and rubber.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
